University Calendar Order Form

We are now accepting orders for the University's 2008 calendar, featuring beautiful full-color photos of the campus and dates of important events for University community members. The 9" x 12" horizontal format is convenient for hanging on your bulletin board or mailing. These calendars make nice gifts for alumni, donors, visiting committee members, or prospective students or faculty.

Instructions for Completing the Publications Order Form

1. To download the publications order form, click on the button below. Once Adobe Reader has opened the form in your browser, download it by clicking on the floppy disk icon in the top left corner or your browser window.

3. Calendars will be available for pickup in our office between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
